Yes, James, that block of cheese is larger than your head. Much larger. Tillamook Cheese Factory, Tillamook, Oregon. Following the tour of the mechanized cheese factory, I indulge in a Tillamook Mudslide waffle cone, and the waitress serves me a huge portion. It is delicious, although, being out of practice, my body soon lets me know it does not approve of this indiscretion.
